Payment & Refund

Payments for Atlaspath Atelier services are collected according to the quote confirmed before work begins on atlaspath.world.

• Details here apply to payment work only — ask at the counter if your job spans more than one track at Atlaspath Atelier (this site).
• Accepted methods are confirmed by email from hello@this site and may include card or local transfer depending on Croatia norms.
• Deposits for custom work are non-refundable once materials are ordered, unless we cancel the booking.

If we must cancel, prepaid fees for unfinished work are refunded within fourteen business days.

Workshop seats can be transferred once with forty-eight hours notice; no-shows forfeit the seat fee.

• Refund requests should include booking date, service name, and contact details used on this site.
• Charge disputes should first contact hello@this site so we can reconcile invoices against studio logs.
• Prices shown in conversation are in local currency for Rijeka unless otherwise stated.

Seasonal bakery queues shift; we still confirm payment in writing and we keep Croatia holiday closures noted on the door card. Ask for the bakery lead if the queue splits Desk near Korzo 178.
